Description and Requirements
Position Requirements:
1.Overall project manufacture management to make sure new product launch on schedule, cost, quality and other requirement.
2.Coordinate and lead project engineering team to monitor materials, equipment, program, capacity, resource, quality ect related production readiness to make sure new product smoothly going.
3.Manage risk of new project and drive mitigation plan until issue solved.
4.Take ownership on new process improvement and new project transition if necessary
5.Support mass production and customer order fulfillment and coordinate issue solving if any, also need manage the changes.
6.Major contact tower of new project in manufacture site, travel to support new product if needed.
7.Product life cycle maintain.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree, with a major in engineering or project management.
1> Minimum 5 years of technical or PM experience in electronic field (PC field preferred)
2> Be proficient in the knowledge of management, with logical thinking、problem solving and well communication skills.
3> Computer skills of MS Office Business Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
4> PMP preferred
5> Fluent English ability
